LOS ANGELES: The ultimate rooftop retreat for wellness and self-care is being developed for the boomer market.

Paul Gedoun’s S&S Group have taken the vibe of the suburb and put that into their latest residential development, Esprit, which adds a new addition to the skyline.
Not your typical high-rise apartment complex. Crowning Esprit is Club Esprit, a unique residential rooftop deck that’s designed to promote wellbeing and self-care among its residents.
The centrepiece of Club Esprit is its 25 metre magnesium lap pool, which is surrounded by wet daybeds and poolside cabanas, where residents will be able to lounge by the pool, soak up the sun and take in views of the coastline.

For those who love to entertain, Club Esprit has a private dining room with a kitchen scullery, bar, lounges, and an outdoor terrace, positioned as the perfect setting for a dinner party or special occasion.
Club Esprit also boasts a rooftop wellness centre that’s fully equipped with a Technogym, ice bath, infra-red sauna, steam room, thermal room, and treatment room.
The ice bath, infra-red sauna, and steam room provide the perfect recovery after a workout, while the thermal room is a unique feature that combines different types of heat therapy to improve circulation, boost the immune system, and relieve stress. Hutchinson Builders are currently construction Esprit, which is slated for completion by mid-2024.
There will be 94 apartments delivered across the dual frontage site at 217-227 Boundary Street, with a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments.
