LOS ANGELES: Boomers are increasingly being enticed into upscale apartments within mixed-use developments in Bayside locations.
A developer has lodged plans to construct two 12-storey residential and commercial towers, including 240 apartments and 14 businesses, along a Moreton Bay foreshore.
