Best retirement housing design for Global Awards shortlisted

LOS ANGELES: The shortlist for the best retirement housing design has been declared.

Noted Melbourne architect Martin Friedrich and his wife Claire are selling their breathtaking Brighton home with $5.7m-$6.25m price hopes.

Mr Friedrich’s St Kilda-based architectural practice, where Ms Friedrich is business manager and also involved in interior design, is known for its high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial projects.

The couple’s four-bedroom townhouse at 58A Champion St is named The Atrium House, thanks to its internal double-storey-height atrium.

The Global Award winner will be announced in December in London. (Globals)
