As Sydneysiders weigh up descending on the NSW Southern Highlands for the summer holidays, Alice Martin has listed the contemporary Burradoo home she designed for an early December auction.
Ms Martin, the creative director of STUDIOAM, has listed the four-bedroom and two-bathroom house on a 2054sqm plot fronting 48c Burradoo Rd, with a price guide of $2.95m through Bradley Cocks of the DiJones agency for a December 7 auction.

The flooring ranges between polished concrete floors in the living areas and undyed New Zealand wool carpets in the bedrooms.
