Over 250 designs have been considered by the awards secretariat. One of the finalists in this category is shown above.
Israel Canada Group continues to expand into the assisted living sector, with the launch of a new and luxurious project in the heart of Kfar Shmaryahu: Neve Aviv. This is a first-of-its-kind project in Israel, which according to the company, is expected to set a new standard of quality of life, privacy, and services for senior residents.
“Neve Aviv Kfar Shmaryahu is not just a home, it’s a vision,” says Yoram Ben Porat, CEO of the Assisted Living Division at Israel Canada. “This project takes the assisted living field to a new level of luxury, privacy, and advanced services. We are proud to lead a conceptual change and to provide our residents with the quality of life they deserve.”
The project is located in the pastoral environment of Kfar Shmaryahu and spans an area of approximately 9.6 dunams. The complex includes a building of about 9,000 square meters, with approximately 100 residential units built to international standards – from one-and-a-half-room apartments and bright garden apartments to spacious mini-penthouses.
The Global Award winner will be announced in December in London. (Globals)
