Best assisted living designs for Global Awards shortlisted
MELBOURNE: The shortlist for the best assisted living design has been declared.
Over 250 designs have been considered by the awards secretariat. One of the finalists in this category is shown above.
An Ocoee developer who withdrew plans for a new apartment complex in Umatilla earlier this year has redesigned the project at the corner of Fletcher Road and E Collins Street as a senior housing facility.
Fletcher Grove Development LLC, led by luxury homebuilder Agustin Sierra, has applied for a small scale amendment to the Umatilla comprehensive plan and rezoning the 9.7-acre site.
The Global Award winner will be announced in December in London. (Globals)
