Best CCRC designs for Global Awards shortlisted

Over 250 designs have been considered by the awards secretariat. One of the finalists in this category is shown above.
Le Symbiose, a seven-storey seniors housing complex on Rue Paul-David in Montreal, sold in an investment sale that included an assumed mortgage.
The Global Award winner will be announced in December in London. (Globals)
