Best retirement housing design for Global Awards shortlisted
MELBOURNE: The shortlist for the best retirement housing design has been declared.
Over 250 designs have been considered by the awards secretariat. One of the finalists in this category is shown above.
Ozcare, The Not For Profit, which is part of St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland, wants to build 218 independent living apartments across four buildings reaching six and seven-storeys adjacent to its Parkwood Gardens aged care facility in Labrador, the Gold Coast suburb 3.4km north of Southport.
The Global Award winner will be announced in December in London. (Globals)
